Build production doesn't make an index.html
Build production doesn't make an index.html
I am able to run 'build testing' fine. It creates the correct index.html, an app.json, etc.
But when I run build production, it creates the js resources and the delta folders but no index.html or app.json, and I think it is supposed to create a .cachemanifest file too....
Anybody have any thought?

Can you post your console output? If there are no obvious mesages, try "sencha -debug app build production".
