Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for TOUCH-3950 in a recent build.

    Default IE 10 2.2.0 alpha ToggleField 0 state visually wrong

    Chrome 24.0.1312.52 m
    Windows 7 64 bit

    The ToggleField in the 0 state is visually incorrect. The Purple "tongue" slides outside the Toggle Box to the left.
