    Default splitterResize bug

    splitterResize bug

    While using the border layout, 'splitterResize' doesn't work.

    Fixed it in /src/resizer/BorderSplitterTracker.js in function onBeforeStart on line 129:

    Code:
    if (splitter.canResize === false) {
                return false;
    }
    Tested in ExtJS 4.1.1a.

    Seems like this is already fixed for 4.2, the following code shows the splitter but you can't resize it using the mouse:

    Code:
    Ext.onReady(function() {

        Ext.create('Ext.container.Viewport', {
            layout: 'border',
            items: [{
                region: 'west',
                split: true,
                width: 200,
                splitterResize: false
            }, {
                region: 'center'
            }]
        })
    });
