Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for TOUCH-3957 in a recent build.

Default Ext.util.InputBlocker is possibly in wrong module 2.2.0 alpha

    Sencha Touch 2.2.0 alpha

    Ext.util.InputBlocker is defined in src\viewport\WindowsPhone.js,

Doesn't this mean that the definition will not be included if the target is not a Windows Phone?

If so, all of the other code that calls it will fail if the target is not a Windows Phone.

It currently works for me just because I am running with Sencha-Touch-All-debug.js
