Form Panel set to Modal disables my field.Select

I have a Form panel that I have working perfectly, this panel has a few form fields, but when I add a select field, and then select the select field, the options are disabled and I cannot select anything. How can I have a modal form an use a select field as well.

Does the list show under the floating form?

It depends, but I fixed that, I can see the select, but it is disable and I cannot select anything until I close the form, which makes it useless. I have a panel with and embedded Container, the select is in the container, and the modal setting is set on the Panel.
