Tips n Trik Sencha Touch 2.1 build production.

Hi to all developer sencha am new in sencha , i have been build production sencha touch 2.1 but, i got 800kb in production. how can i get < 384kb production size ?.

Please tell me the tips n trik to build production under 384 kb production size ?

How about using gzip compression on your server? that solves that problem quickly.
