Config filter with multiple items not applied when locked

Just noticed that if you enter a multi-item filter into the config filter, for example:

title|itemId|name

Then lock the filter and select a different item (in my case, I have a panel selected, so I select a different panel), the filter is not applied unless you edit it, such as remove the last character and re-add it.

Thanks this bug was initially reported in the request and has since been fixed.
