The pictos-iconmask mixin is marked as deprecated in 2.2 and you've included the new Pictos font.
So in order to add our own icons to the framework, it seems we have much more work to do or am I missing something?

It looks like we have to:
1) create a font file and then
2) convert it to a woff and ttf file.

Step 2 is easy with Font Squirrel, but what about step 1?
