Help with Sencha Cmd

Hi, i'm new in this world of sencha touch and when i try to generate my first app i get this error message :

Failed to determine framework name. Please ensure this command
was issued from either a framework or application directory

I've downloaded the sencha touch 2.1.1 SDK and installed Sencha Cmd inside the folder of the sencha sdk.

ok, i just missed to add the path to the sencha touch sdk (:

something like that
sencha -sdk C:/xampp/htdocs/touch-2.1.1 generate app MyApp C:/xampp/htdocs/MyApp

Are you sure you're running Sencha Cmd 3? I think that error is from Sencha SDK Tools 2. In either case, the error messages are pretty useless.
