Default delayed task: delayScroll is not canceled before destroying of the Panel

delayed task: delayScroll is not canceled before destroying of the Panel

In some cases delayScroll task executes after panel is destroyed, and it cause errors in syncHorizontalScroll function. As a solution probably we should cancel this task in beforeDestroy method of Ext.grid.Panel
