[4.2.0.489] Example D&D with DOM elements doesn't work propelly

Official example D&D with DOM elements still doesn't work properly in Ext JS 4.2.0 RC1 version.
I can't drag images up or left. It allows only to drag elements down or left.
    URL of example:
    http://cdn.sencha.com/ext/beta/4.2.0..._with_dom.html

Bug was described long time ago here:
    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthre...tem-up-or-left
    and here:
    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthre...rk-as-expected

But bug is not listed in Ext JS 4.2.0 RC1 known issues
