Open discussion.

The forum title is 'Ext: Open Discussion'. The title isn't very helpful, the description on the forum list page is pretty confusing and the sticky explaining which forum to use seems to have been removed.

How newcomers are supposed to figure out that the 'correct' forum is halfway down a list of a gazillion forums I have no idea. I know a lot of people can't follow simple instructions but currently there aren't even any instructions.
