How to use childBrowser example

Hi

Anybody used childBrowser successfully in Sencha Touch. If so please share your sample code snippet.
Also let me know the compatible phonegap js and childbroser js version to be used.

Please help me how to make childbrowser work in sencha touch.

What platforms are you developing for? iOS, Android, both, others? What have you tried so far? If you haven't got Sencha Touch wrapped up in PhoneGap yet then you should start by asking that question first.

If you have Sencha Touch wrapped in PhoneGap already, then please offer a more specific part of the process you're having trouble with related to the ChildBrowser plugin. We'll need more information in order to help you out.

Hi

I am currently deploying for Android OS. Could be later I start using iOS once Android is successful.

I am including phonegap.js and childbrowser.js in sencha index.html file as below.

<script src="cordova-2.4.0.js"></script>
<script src="sencha-touch-all.js"></script>
<script src="ChildBrowser.js"></script>

Also include src\com\phonegap\plugins\childBrowser\ChildBrowser.java file in my www root folder.

I am developing it in Windows PC with Chrome browser and deploying using sencha tool or phonegap build to android device.

My sample code is

window.plugins.childBrowser.openExternal("http://www.google.com");



I get following error in my webkit browser.

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'exec'

And in my native app I am not getting any response.

Let me know.. for any other info.

You shouldn't directly hook those libraries into index.html, they should be integrated in the build process using app.json.

[ERR] com.sencha.exceptions.BasicException: one or more of the resources required to initialize the ios project cannot be resolved

Note. I am developing in Windows PC.
