android native packaging empty sdk

Hello,
I am trying to package the GS example from Sencha Touch Getting Started. I gave the app the name "Segunda"
I run the command line

sencha app biuld native

and I get no errors but my apk file is empty.
Any ideas?

You may want to do a little test to make sure you have your environment set up.

1) Make sure you have the most recent versions of Cmd and Touch 2.1.1 installed
2) Generate a fresh app:

sencha -sdk /my/web/path/touch2.1.1 generate app helloWorld /my/web/path/helloWorld 

3) Navigate to the new app folder and follow the directions in the native packaging guide found here:
