Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for a bug in our system in a recent build.

    [BUG] in ext-4.2.0.489 Headerless window maximized caused Cannot call method 'suspend


    When a window without header is set to minimized:true, it caused the following error which did not exists in 4.1:
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'suspendLayouts' of undefined
