    Ext version tested:
    •ext-4.2.0.489-beta
    Browser versions tested against:
    •win7 ie10 (10.0.9200.16521)
    Description:
    •htmleditor forecolor button,background color button can't change the content forecolor or backgroundcolor.
    Steps to reproduce the problem:
    •browse ext-4.2.0.489-beta/examples/form/dynamic.html in win7 ie8,you will found
    The result that was expected:
    • change htmleditor content as forecolor or backgroundcolor
