    Getting Object [object Object] has no method 'isLocalRtl' error for extjs4.2 build


    Hi All,

    I've used sencha cmd to create my extjs project and after my development, i've run the below command.

    sencha app build.

    It built successfully. But, if i access that application, it is showing me Object [object Object] has no method 'isLocalRtl'


    error. Please help me to solve this. I'm using Ext 4.2 beta.
