Can't add a drag-and-drop plugin to a grid

Steps to reproduce:
* Add a grid panel
* Select grid plugins. Add a "Grid Drag Drop Plugin"

The result that was expected:
* The drag-and-drop plugin should be added to the grid

The result that occurs instead:
* Nothing happens
