    Default Tootips stopped working on 3.4 In FF, Chrome, not IE....

    Tootips stopped working on 3.4 In FF, Chrome, not IE....


    All went fine on an upgrade but tooltips in FF and Chrome do not work...they work fine under IE though...anybody seen this before and is there an easy fix? Thanks
