Hello, after some days fighting hard to build a sencha apk with the Sencha Cmd I can see that as other native aplications you can open it and see its contents changing the file extension to zip or rar. That's not the point but I can't see the differences between a Sencha Cmd apk and a Phonegap apk.
I've tried the Sencha Cmd because I thought it would encrypt the files someway before packing but the files can be extracted and are readable. My question is: Is there an option to encrypt the files before packing the webapp or I must to do it previously to run the sencha cmd? Thanks in advance for your answers.

We don't encrypt the source. I can see a feature to decrypt the source to execute when app launches but not sure if it's something we can do.
