    If you are using Themes in Sencha Cmd 3.0.2 (http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthre...s-in-Cmd-3.0.2), there are some important changes in Cmd 3.1 to migrate fully to Packages and accommodate the Ext JS 4.2 Neptune theme.
