Default Cannot assign Treestore to Tree.View (v2.2)

Cannot assign Treestore to Tree.View (v2.2)

    Hi guys,

I upgraded Sencha Architect yesterday, but unfortunatly the large project im working on does not run anymore.

One of the problems is, I cannot select my Treestore, for the Tree.View. I can select it for the Tree.Panel, but not the view... Then Architect warns me when I publish that no treestore is assigned! Arrrh.

No treestores are visible in the drop down list, even though I have selected the Tree view.

    I am using Extjs 4.1

I'll second this post - upgraded from Architect 2.1 to 2.2 and found that I started getting "Tree doesn't have a store" error messages. I haven't tried to actually fix the error yet - it was working fine in 2.1.

    Hi Doug,

I'm going back to 2.1 until this issue is fixed.

Lesson learnt - I will install and test in a virtual machine next time

Why are you assigning the TreeStore to the treeview rather than the tree panel itself?

We should probably be hoisting these up in a project upgrade.

But it still doesn't work if I remove it from the view... So how do I work around this?

Could you explain what doesn't work?

    Default Mea Culpa

    Mea Culpa

    Hey Guys

My bad - I'm able to add trees to the appropriate places in Architect. All good.

    Cheers

Well I just get an empty screen (no JS errors). So its a bit hard to track down.

    Architect gives the warnings:
The following components are missing a store: tvAssets.

The treeview does not have a store, but the tree panel does.. So why the warning?
