Can't get system to point to new instance of CMD (3.1)?

I'm hoping this is simple for people more familiar with MacOS and Sencha. I installed ST2.2 beta which means I need CMD 3.1. I had CMD 3.0. I've uninstalled 3.0 and installed 3.1.

Now when I run the "sencha generate app" command, it is still trying to find 3.0 in the (now nonexistent) 3.0 directory. How can I get my setup to point to the new CMD 3.1 directory in my bin folder?

    Thank you for your help.

    Default Figured it out.

Needed to edit the "username/.bash_profile" file to adjust the path that is specified in that file to point to the new version of CMD. Note that this may be a hidden file on your system and requires admin access to edit. Not sure if this is the same for everyone, but I had a specific path listed to the old version (version number is in one of the folder names.)
