Unanswered: Why does this code not detect a up or down swipe?
Hello,
I am able to detect left or right swipes, but not up or down.
Thanks
Code:{ xtype: 'container', height: 150, itemId: 'mycontainer4', style: 'background-color:tan;', listeners: [ { fn: function(component, options) { component.element.on( 'swipe', function(event, node, options, eOpts) { console.log(event); Ext.Msg.alert('swipe', 'direction: '+event.direction, Ext.emptyFn); } ); }, event: 'initialize' } ] }

First there is a better way to handle element listeners
The other reason is you have to enable the vertical swipe in the recognizers.Code:listeners : { element : 'element', swipe : function(e) {} }Mitchell Simoens @SenchaMitch
