I included a js file in SA 2.2 When I build with cmd production, the index.html does not get that file. I think my app.html does (not sure if that gets updated)sa1.png

try sencha cmd 3.1 released today perhaps.

Assume ExtJS 4.2?

You'll have to add that script include manually for now.
