Steps to Upgrade from 2.0.1.1 to 2.1?

I think I must've set up my original app (which still isnt production) ages ago, but just started working on it again recently.

What steps do I need to take to upgrade it to 2.1? I've installed the latest Sencha CMD.

Would I create a new app using CMD, and then just copy my files over OR do I use 'sencha upgrade'. I did try 'Sencha app upgrade' on the app using the latest version downloaded from the website, and it did seem to do it, but when I uploaded the newly generated app back to the website, it was completely messed up!

This solved it, apart from a few styling issues!
