Sounds like one of your metadata files may have become corrupted.

We've released an update to the Architect 2.2 channel (build 908).
    http://www.sencha.com/products/architect/download/

Could you please upgrade and see if that helps? If not, could you please share your project and a link to this forum thread so that we can look into and fix the problem.

    Hi Aconran

I am getting this error while launching the Sencha Architect What my project has to do with this.
For your info.. I have moved all my project to different location.. but still I am not able to open Sencha Architect. Problem with the IDE.. not with my project... as there is no more project file at my location.

Sencha Team .. please look into this.. all my development time getting wasted like this.

    Are you running build 908?

If you've already upgraded try the following. Delete the following directory based off of your operating system and then relaunch Architect.

    Linux ~/.local/share/data/Sencha/Sencha Architect 2.2/
    Mac OS X ~/Library/Application Support/Sencha/Sencha Architect 2.2/
    Windows Vista/7 C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Sencha\Sencha Architect 2.2\
    Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Sencha\Sencha Architect 2.2\

I took latest.. Sencha Architect.. but no use.. I often keep getting that message.
Its really irritating. I may have to skip using Sencha and look other. I can't give excuse to my Organization for such issue.

Fix it.. otherwise.. I am sorry..

Take a look at your xds file, is it 0 bytes? Do you have a backup of it?

Thanks for the reply, I was able to restore my project by using an old version of the xds file as you mentioned.
Still unsure how the xds file become to be 0 bytes and why the IDE cannot regenerate this file.
