    Default Clientside PDF generator

    Clientside PDF generator

    Hello,
i need a generator which create a PDF of one of my GXT areas in view.

The PDF only need to represent the view, without special design issues. The solution i need is in best way a java implementation. Can't use iText cause of licence costs.

Anyone have some experience with an issue like this?

I think this post is best fitted in the public forums. Do you want me to move this thread?

Do you really need to generate this PDF client side, and not serverside?

But in that case its probably not 100% Javascript based but requires additional plugins.

    True Flash is required.
But pdfjs also uses Flash to save the file on the client.

ClientIO does offer a bit more than just PDF though.

    Hi, thanks for your answers.

We had already give jspf a look, but we found no GWT wrapper for this, had everbody seen a wrapper for this or must we do a self implemention?
