Architect + Cmd: Dependency issues

Hi, I've been trying to make a compressed version of my architect project with Cmd, using this thread as a guide:

But I've run into a problem i can't seem to solve:

[ERR] def was null
[ERR] failed to find meta class definition for name jobdetails.model.job 

and again for jobdetails.view.MyForm, jobdetails.model.jobdetails.model.job, MyApp.controller.Job, MyApp.store.Job, MyApp.store.noteslist, jobdetails.model.jobdetails.model.job, jobdetails.model.job & jobdetails.view.MyForm

Finally followed by:

[ERR] Failed to find file(s) for depdency reference C:\Websites\JTS ver12\enc\app\app.js::MVC::MyApp.controller.Job
[ERR]
[ERR] BUILD FAILED
[ERR] com.sencha.exceptions.ExBuild: Failed to find any files for C:\Websites\JTS ver12\enc\app\app.js::MVC::MyApp.controller.Job
[ERR]
[ERR] Total time: 16 seconds
[ERR] com.sencha.exceptions.ExBuild: Failed to find any files for C:\Websites\JTS ver12\enc\app\app.js::MVC::MyApp.controller.Job 

Anyone know what kinds of thing can cause this? The project works fine in the browser, Cmd is just having a hard time

i have (almost) the same problem.
I would like to know from sencha poeple (maybe Phil Strong?) witch version of cmd works well for Architekt 2.2.1 Build 951 and ext 4.2?
cmd v3.1.1.274 do not do the right thing.
