    Description
    The scrollbar in a textarea disappear when the textarea is invalid.

    Run mode
    both

    Steps to reproduce the problem
    1. Put a validator in the textarea
    2. Put characters to show scrollbar in the textarea
    3. Make the textarea invalid
    Expected result
    The scrollbar must still be present.

    Actual result
    The scrollbar is disappeared.
