Good question. Personally i think EXTJS 4.2.1 is a shameful release with so many bugs i need at least 10 patches and a lot of custom code to keep things working. It would be nice to at least see some micro updates with bug fixes. Why are there so many regression bugs introduced in this new version? this must be the most bugged version I've seen yet. Normally I would be very constructive but since Sencha is not taking the effort to at least release a bug fix release I cannot be very positive ...

Yes, I used to be a happy customer of Sencha, but now I'm not. The 883 release is really crappy.

As far as I know 4.2.2 is in the (bre/m)aking. Beta builds are run nightly. Don't you just love the silence. And to be really honest I am getting sick and tired by the lack of response here on the forums by the people from Sencha. They must be busy and all but I am wondering with what. The last 2 years were bullcrap. Lazy bunch of ppl. And don't deny it, just not much is happening.

Hi, Erico - what version are you on? I'm not sure I understand what you are looking for. Please be more specific so that we can address your issues. Thanks.

Thanks for interacting, I'm looking for performance, novelties involved with html5, maybe a idea of future releases of extjs.

I use the framework since version 1.0, and since then it seems that the extjs lost some focus, I mean about the framework itself and not other products of Sencha.

The community always likes these types of information and I still think that extjs is the main product of Sencha!

    Thanks, Erico

If you're interested in the Ext JS roadmap, this is a good place to start:
