    Default Theme Integration Complexity

    Theme Integration Complexity

    Hi,

I am working with a POC on theming. I have sucessfully created a theme package and integrated into another app by pointing to it in sencha.cfg. but in order to integrate when custom UI and custom components, I must copy over manifest.js and shortcuts.js from my theme to my app's sass/examples dir and add them to theme.html and rebuild the app using Sencha cmd.

Is there a more concise way to accomplish this? Preferably without Sencha Cmd? If I want to deploy a theme broadly the process needs to be streamlined. Am I missing something?

A related issue is installing a theme in an app that was "hand built", ie. not built using Sencha Cmd. There are lots of hooks that need to be in place in an app in order for theme integration to be possible. It seems that Sencha Cmd is "the" method of doing this.
