    Default Sencha CMD compile list of files

    Sencha CMD compile list of files

    Hi, I'm facing a problem with the Sencha cmd.
    I have a desktop webapp, with the following files hierarchy:
    index.html
    |- js
    |- popup.js
    My popup.js is as follows:
    Code:
    Ext.define('js.popup',{

        extend : 'Ext.panel.Panel',

        width : 400,
        floating : true,
        closable : true,
        modal: true,
        layout: 'fit',
        items: [
            //Ext.create('Ext.form.Panel')
            Ext.create('Ext.panel.Panel', {
                title: 'toto',
                items: Ext.create('Ext.form.Panel')
            })

        ],
        title: 'TEST POPUP'
    });
    As you see, it only requires the Panel class.

    I want to generate a minimized js file with Sencha cmd, the entire Ext framework is in C:/dev/ext.
    My webapp is in C:/dev/webapp

    So I launch this command:
    Code:
    cd C:/dev/webapp
    sencha -s C:/dev/ext compile -cl js -d save global.js
    The only prompt I get is:
    Code:
    [INF] Loading classpath entry C:\dev\ext\src
    And then nothing, the command does not get killed but works for hours. I see the java process in the taskmanager, it is clearly alive.
    I think it is working, as if I remove the Panel class in C:\dev\ext\src\..., the prompt is giving me an error of class not found.

    Do you have an idea of what I am doing wrong?
    Thanks for your help!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Which version of Cmd and ExtJS are you using? Which version of Windows?

    Hi, thanks for your reply.
    Actually the solution was ot change the command I was launching: just a
    Code:
    sencha app build
    in the root directory of my app.
    I think what I want to do is really the most basic thing you can acheive with Sencha CMD, but it is really a pain in the a** to get it working.

    Now I have a second problem: I want to make the same thing as a
    Code:
    sencha app build
    but in my ANT build.xml file (I am working in Java). I could not find any equivalence of this command in the docs. Is that really complicated or am I lame? This should be the first thing to teach, as it is the easiest goal to acheive.

    I am worring what other users do with sencha CMD: no trace of basic things, and no one complains about it???

    3rd thing: I want ALL my components to have 16px font-size. So I build a custom theme, I put a Component.scss file in .../sass/var, with
    Code:
    $font-size:16px !default;
    It is working fine but some of the generated css classes still have other size than 16px (for example:
    Code:
    .x-panel-header-text-container-default
    Once again, very basic thing, not working... (And of course I spent more than 5 minutes to try, lots of days, lots of tries, lots of web browsing...)

    Could you please help me? It would be very appreciated.
    Thanks
