    Default [1.0a2 Rev 6] DatePicker bugs

    [1.0a2 Rev 6] DatePicker bugs

    1. Ctrl+arrows doesn't work for me in Firefox 2.0.0.2.
    2. Clicking on left/right arrows (month selecting) performs browser redirection to base url, if using <base href="http://..."> and base url differs from url of currently loaded page. I think it is because of not catched onclick events on this arrows.

    Code:
    publishDate = new Ext.form.DateField({
      target: 'newsPublishDate',
      format: 'd.m.Y'
    });
    Code:
    <input class="dateinput" type="text" name="publishDate" id="newsPublishDate" value="" size="22" tabindex="1" />

    Additional info:
    Firebug doesn't display any errors, but IE6 displays error on DateField init.

    Base url is not supported by Ext. Almost all component will break.

    jacksloc, for what reason they may break?
    Grid and Toolbar work well now with base url.

    Base url tries to hijack all links. This means href="#" will not work as expected. For accessibility and cross browser focusing, links need to be used on many components and base url will break that.

    What about next solution: set onclick handlers for this links with "return false;"? Or it is not possible?

    It already does that. Base URL just breaks everything. It's not supported.
