    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'submitDisabled' of undefined

    Yes this is a known issue. Jira ID TOUCH-5049. There is a missing requires. See the following post:

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.

    The missing require Ext.data.proxy.JsonP didn't solve the problem.

    What i did was to change the this.up('formpanel').submit(); to this.up('formpanel').submit({submitDisabled: false});

    Ok my mistake. The error you received earlier is related to another bug TOUCH-5258. Here's the link to the override to fix this issue.

    Well for a production web app you would have to use Sencha Cmd to create your app and it must use our MVC structure.
    I would suggest reading the 'Using Sencha Cmd with Sencha Touch'

    It gives an overview the process.
