Auto refresh grid data

Hi All,

I tried autorefresh on grid data by using:

setInterval ( "createGrid()", 500 );

While it works, it creates a horrible flashing effect of the entire grid. Is there some way to update just the grid data and not the column headers ?

Any help would be much appreciated.
