I thought the site will have all the answer in my search for Extjs-ORM-MYSQL bridge (PHP- or JS-framework):
http://sourceforge.net/projects/extjs-orm/

It's created in 2013 but have no commits and download is 0.

Right now, I'm okay with ExtJS4.2.x on Architect 3.

But I'm looking for a MYSQL-PHP backend wherein STORE-ORM-MYSQL will auto-magically happen... to lessen the hand-coding of "data persistence... which ORM can handle sync, batch and additional params defined in ExtJS' Store.

I've seen sequelize (http://sequelizejs.com/articles/getting-started) but am not sure how to start with it.
I'm also looking at how DVelum incorporated ORM and UML on their IDE... (which is in itself built in ExtJS).
