Alpha3 , issue : Ext.form.Field constructor has changed

Hi ,

the Ext.form.Field constructor has changed , this code removed :

if(this.target){
this.el = Ext.get(this.target);
this.render(this.el.dom.parentNode);
}

I use , this parameter (this.target) in constructor call.
