IE Browser Refresh not working with ConnectionManager?

Basically, I'm using asyncRequest to send some POST data over, nothing too special. When I click on "Refresh" in IE, it gives me a:

Method Not Implemented
a=awe&b=erGET to /index.html not supported.
Invalid method in request user=awe&pass=erGET / HTTP/1.1

Error. The parameters for the POST was exactly "a=awe&b=er".

Is this intended? Or how do I fix this?

This is certainly not normal and my guess is somewhere in your code you have a parameter mixed up. I can only guess though since you didn't provide any code...
