CheckboxColumnModel lock row

Hi! I have a little problem. I have a grid with a checkboxSelectionModel dinamicalli populated from SQL. I want to disable a row selection if it is selected. I mean, when the page loads, the reader gets the data from the server and check the rows if the retreaved data tells to. And i want that the user cant uncheck that row. And if he checks an aunchecked row, then set that property to that row too. I found the lock method. But its working only on the whole grid. Any solution to this problem? I`m really stucked here.

Or if anyone can tell me how to give a disabled proprty to the specific checkbox(at the specific row), i would really appreciate it.

Hello, we also have this problem, because depending of the checkbox value comming from postgresql database, the row will set to lock. But we cannot make this work.
any sugestions will be apreciated.
