    [FIXED] [Beta 2] ClassCastException in DateField


    When I try to call DateField.getDate, the call fails with:

    java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.String cannot be cast to java.util.Date
    at com.extjs.gxt.ui.client.widget.form.DateField.getDate(DateField.java:68)

    I don't recall seeing this problem in Beta 1.

    The DateField code has been updated in SVN. Try you code again in beta3 and post if you still have problems.
