extjs.com 404: Hosted Build Tool is missing?

The "Hosted Build Tool" referenced at

http://extjs.com/learn/Tutorial:Buil...our_Own_Online

is supposed to be available at

http://extjs.com/download/build

but I'm getting a 404. Was this intentionally removed or has it been moved elsewhere? Maybe someone simply forgot to setup a redirect?

It's just a bad link in the tutorial. The updated link is:

http://extjs.com/products/extjs/build/

404 not found was returned.

I would like to minimize the load time so I tried a bit on internet and the link above seems to be the best solution for me.

Could someone help me?
