    Default [CLOSED] Form error tool tip : wrong positioning on IE6

    [CLOSED] Form error tool tip : wrong positioning on IE6

    I work on Windows XP with gxt 1.0beta3.
    When you disallow blank on text fields and you leave the field blank, you get an error tool tip. Great. But in hosted mode and in web mode with IE6 (no issue with Firefox), the tool tips are not well positioned. Here is the code for reproducing the bug :
    Code:
        public void onModuleLoad() {
            final Viewport viewport = new Viewport();
            final FormPanel formPanel = new FormPanel();
            formPanel.setFieldWidth(200);
            formPanel.setLabelWidth(100);
            formPanel.setHeading("My panel");
            formPanel.setWidth(350);

            final TextField<String> text = new TextField<String>();
            text.setFieldLabel("Name");
            text.setAllowBlank(false);
            text.setEmptyText("Enter your full name");
            formPanel.add(text);
            NumberField number = new NumberField();
            number.setFieldLabel("Age");
            number.setEmptyText("Enter your age");
            number.setAllowBlank(false);
            formPanel.add(number);

            viewport.add(formPanel);
            RootPanel.get().add(viewport);
        }

    zaccret, not sure if you have realised, but seen as though you made the 1st post, you can actually edit the 1st post and change the title to include [CLOSE] and thus close the thread yourself ??

    Yes, I knew that, thanks I was just wondering if Darell wanted to make some test to confirm. Anyway, I close it now.
