    Default Feed viewer

    Feed viewer

    I need help with the integration of the feed viewer in a border layout with tabs . In fact i want to integrate the Portal example from ext and in one tab of this portal i want to put the feed viewer.For now as far as i can understand the feed viewer is rendered not inside of this tab but outside as the layout of the portal is not there. So this is the code that creates the tab layout
    Code:
      tabs=new Ext.TabPanel({
                    region: 'center',
                    items: [homePanel,eMailPanel,eCarePanel,complimentPanel,rssNewsPanel]
                });

                var header=new Ext.BoxComponent({
                    applyTo:'northlayout',
                    region:'north',
                    height:69
                });
                // -----------the actual layout------------------------------------
                viewport = new Ext.Viewport({
                    layout: 'border',
                    items: [header, tabs]
                });
    and this is the code i use to integrate the feed viewer in the rss tab
    Code:
    RssNewsLayout = function(){
        var border;
        return {
    	init : function() {
    	    border = new Ext.Panel({
    		layout:'border',
    		autoscroll:true,
    		el:'rssLayoutContainer',
    		items:[MainPanel]
            });

    	    var rssPanel=ZappLayout.getRssPanel();

    	    rssPanel.add(border);
    	    rssPanel.doLayout();
    	    rssPanel.on('resize',function(){
    		rssPanel.setHeight(window.innerHeight-100);
    		//    rssPanel.doLayout()
    	    });

    	    ZappLayout.getViewport().on('resize',function(){border.setHeight(window.innerHeight-100);});
    	    Ext.state.Manager.setProvider(new Ext.state.CookieProvider());
    	}
        }
    }();

    Ext.EventManager.onDocumentReady(RssNewsLayout.init, RssNewsLayout, true);
    and attached is the result i get. Is it possibly that the fact that MainPanel from the viewer is also a border layout thus i have a border layout inside another one that's creating this? If so what is the right way of creating this? I don't need a whole source code for this. i just need some tips or advices.

    Do not underestimate the power under my imbecility...

    Arrow FeedViewer inside a container < Ext.Panel

    FeedViewer inside a container < Ext.Panel

    Dear Imoise,

    I feel it is not a problem of 'border layout' but 'previewPanel' which is being rendered to document directly.
    This is FYR.
