    The Slate theme was donated to Ext JS by the theme author J.C. Bize. The Slate theme was added to Ext GWT in the 1.1 release.

    I must have somehow overlooked this. Can you please elaborate on "donate"? Is it safe to assume that the Slate theme is now licensed under GPL?
