Issues with Documentation, using Prototype Library

Anyone having problems with the Documentation when using Prototype+Scriptaculous as Library?

The errors from firebug (Testing Hellow World in Dialogs):

Event.observe is not a function

Ext.get is not a function

I just fixed this. I forgot to upload the prototype/jquery libs to the new build folder!

I thought it was my usual getting-ahead-of-myself thing,
but I used the instrux in INCLUDE_ORDER.txt and broke
the examples themselves... the zipball (?) I got did not
have prototype or scriptaculous, so I used ones I already
had (1.5 and 1.7 respectively)...

Specifically, I am not able to access Fx through Element.
I can see the slideIn func in ext-all, but no joy...

I downloaded via the direct link on the site, not the sticky msg...

A stick pointing in the right direction would be great,
even if it intersects my eye.
