What's upcoming?

Hi Jack,

could you please briefly inform the community what is upcoming in the Ext development? It would be nice to have some sticky thread where you would put something like:

Hey guys! Do not hack the propertyGrid now as I'm working on some new cool features.

This, I believe, would help many of us to focus to the parts of projects that are not likely to change in a couple of days.

The upcoming versions feature plan with estimated dates would be even better.

Thanks for the link, it gives at least a clue what's going on. Unfortunately, that post does not give the full answer as Jack writes:

It does not include all features to be implemented, only those requested here.

I've meant this post a little bit more general as to concern only propertyGrid; that was just an example.

What I usually do while developing:

1. I need a feature
2. I look in examples if it is there
3. If not, I look in doc
4. If not, I dig in the code (reading, firebut, trial/error)
5. If not, I develop it myself

The benefit of such in-progress-list would save a lot of time as just after 1 I would look at the in-progress-list and I would do 2 to 5 only if I wouldn't find it there.

Ext is great library with great support I've never seen before. This would make it even greater.

I too am looking at customizing it, but don't want to if it is going to be reworked soon.
