    Default Tab flipping divs are stacking but hidden

    Tab flipping divs are stacking but hidden

    I have some basic tabs. In two of the tabs I have flash movies and one I have a Java applet. My first problem was that the flash movies were reloading when flipping between tabs. After digging around I found out how to fix this issue. However now, with the fix, when flipping between tabs I've found that the DIV's appear to disappear but now stack. So, for example when I flip from tab 1 to tab 2, the content in tab 2 is moved down below where the content of tab 1 was but the content of tab 1 is not visible. There is just white space above the content in tab 2. This white space is the exact dimensions of what the content of tab one was. I've honestly given this a college try to figure out but can't seem to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is my code:

    Code:
    <script language="javascript">

    //make sure YOUR path is correct to this image!!
    Ext.BLANK_IMAGE_URL = 'ext/resources/images/default/s.gif';

    //this runs on DOM load - you can access all the good stuff now.

    Ext.onReady(function() {

       var tabs = new Ext.TabPanel({
            renderTo: 'onimerc-core-tabs',
            width:950,
            //height: 750,
            activeTab: 0,
            frame:true,
            //plain: true,
            bwrapCfg:{tag:'div',position:'absolute',cls:'x-panel-bwrap'},
            defaults:{autoHeight: true, hideMode: 'visibility'},
    		/*
            defaults:{ //all panels need the same treatments
            	   autoHeight: true,
                   //bwrapCfg:{tag:'div',position:'relative',cls:'x-panel-bwrap'},
                   hideMode:'visibility',
                   autoScroll: true,
                   closable:false
            },
            */
            items:[
                {contentEl:'classroom-tab', title: 'Classroom'},
                {contentEl:'documents-tab', title: 'Documents'},
                {contentEl:'whiteboard-tab', title: 'Whiteboard'}
            ]
        });

    });
    </script>
    and the html code is:

    HTML Code:
    <div style="padding: 30px;" align="center">

        <div id="onimerc-core-tabs">

            <div id="classroom-tab" class="x-hide-display"><?php require_once("classroom.php"); ?></div>

            <div id="documents-tab" class="x-hide-display">

            <applet name="jumpLoaderApplet"
    			code="jmaster.jumploader.app.JumpLoaderApplet.class"
    			archive="uploadtest/jumploader_t.jar"
    			width="932"
    			height="300"
    			mayscript>
    			<param name="uc_uploadUrl" value="/uploadHandler/index.php"/>
    	      </applet>

            </div>

            <div id="whiteboard-tab" class="x-hide-display">

    			<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=8,0,0,0" width="910" height="640">
    			      <param name="movie" value="whiteboard/livepresentervieweralpha.swf">
    			      <param name="quality" value="high">
    			      <embed src="whiteboard/livepresentervieweralpha.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="910" height="640"></embed>
        		</object>

            </div>

        </div>

    </div>

    Default

    So I'm thinking that the fact that I have hideMode set to "visibility" that in the core of Ext that it's using CSS to set the visibility to none. This seems to be what is giving me the white space. So what I'm thinking I would need to do is access all other div components (all other tabs that aren't selected) and set their heights to zero and then reset them back to their orig. heights when their tab is selected??? Any ideas lol?
