problem in insert position in portal

i have a problem with insert position in portal when drag a item over another item.
for example see image1:
in image1 insert position is bottom when drag item over another item that this portal right is this but i want insert position in right (only right never bottom) (see image2)

The portal example is column oriented.

You would have to rewrite Portal to use anchor layout and PortalColumn to use column layout.
