Default [FIXED] [1.2] Tree - Empty folder can show expand arrow

[FIXED] [1.2] Tree - Empty folder can show expand arrow

    Summary:
If you have an empty folder in a tree and click the white space where an expand arrow would be if it had content, an expand arrow appears.

Best way to see this is to go here:
    http://extjs.com/explorer/#reorderingtree

    Steps to reproduce:
P1. Drag all the items out a folder.
    1. Click the whitespace to the left of the empty folder.

    Expected results:
    Nothing happens.

    Actual results:
A down arrow (indicating the folder has been expanded) appears.
If you click again, the arrow goes away.

    Browser: Firefox 3.0
    OS: Windows Vista
